The special feature of the Santos Cerrado is, in fact, due to a process according to an ancient method which involves washing the cherries, without being dried in the sun,then go directly to the roasting. Grown in the region called "Cerrado",it is distinguished by its sweetness and soft and delicate character. Taste "soft", naturally sweet, full-bodied and without acidity. Our coffees have the important characteristic of being roasted in a traditional way. Only with experience and a human control you get the selection of the optimal level of roasting. Toasted direct fire, is a very balanced coffee.
